What's in it for you?
Payrate: $16 an hour
Shift: 7am to 330pm, Monday thru Friday
Full time hours: 40 hours plus, weekly
Clean and safe work environment
What will you be doing?
The associate will be responsible for inspection of rubber and foam rubber components, flash removal, assembly, and packaging finished products.
1 Produces finished product by assembling parts and subassemblies.
2 Reads basic blueprints and assembly instructions.
3 Positions or aligns components and parts.
4 Uses hand tools or machines to form and assemble parts.
5 Conducts quality checks.
6 Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools.
7 Prepares work to be accomplished by studying production documentation, gathering parts, tools, and materials.
8 Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
9 Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
10 Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
11 Resolves assembly problems by notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
12 Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, and calling for repairs.
13 Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
14 Maintains inventory by checking stock to determine supply levels and verifying receipt of supplies.
15 Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
16 Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
17 Packages product for shipment to customer.
