Manpower Group Project Adminstrative Assistant in New York, New York

About the role:

This role will work with the Operations Manager of the New York office, providing daily operational and as-needed project support.

Job description:

Provide a full range of office operations / project support from clerical activities such as meeting scheduling to higher level activities such as project management functions. Write or edit project documents using PowerPoint, Excel, or Word. Manage and complete to-do and check lists.

Typically requires 3 plus years of experience with all or most being in the project space/framework.

Must Have

Can-do, positive attitude. Has good organizational skills and is detail oriented. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.)

Nice to have

Working knowledge of Slack and Macs a plus. Experience working in and navigating large organizations.
