Job Title: Strategic Facilitation Lead

Location: 100% Remote

Pay Range: $60-68.00/hr

Framing & Strategic Operations Team Support

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Capture client requirements and expectations, prepare agenda and materials for workshops and training sessions to meet goals of the session.

  • Engage with clients to critically understand, reframe, and scope opportunities to ensure alignment with user needs and project goals. When needed, push back to ensure successful objectives and outcomes are defined.

  • Ability to take tangible ideas and translate them into requirements

  • Synthesize data into a presentable format such as for creating decks, templates, collaborative whiteboards

  • Lead workshops with stakeholders to ideate on novel ideas, and co-create the roadmap(s) required for solution development and scaling of new digital solutions and experiences

  • Basic project management skillset (status, capturing meeting takeaways, scheduling and facilitating meetings necessary for workshop preparations and outcomes discussion, etc).

  • Go beyond workshop summarization to define clear set of opportunities, actions and next steps

  • Create standard frameworks for workshop facilitation, building a repository of tools, exercises for repeat use.

  • Upskill the team on facilitation and structured decision-making frameworks, based on latest trends, best practices

  • Help continuously develop and enhance our team’s reputation by taking ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to organizational accomplishments

  • Interact with colleagues with a high degree of polish, professionalism, and reliability to ensure needs are met, changes are incorporated, and deliverables exceed expectations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Superior communication and critical thinking skills

  • Executive presence

  • Trained in specific facilitation techniques and skills – structured decision-making, design thinking, systems thinking

  • Strong communication, presentation and meeting facilitation skills, and proven ability to effectively get buy-in at all levels and across cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated effective organization, time management and can handle ambiguity

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results under aggressive schedules

  • Ability to execute appropriate assessment of technology/services in competitive landscape

  • Expertise in Miro or other digital whiteboarding tools

  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision

  • Ability to function in a dynamic work environment

  • Able to balance multiple project initiatives

  • Ability to anticipate future project needs and plan accordingly

  • Empathy and patience to support participants with varying levels of knowledge and skills.

  • Strong facilitation and group management skills to create an inclusive and participatory environment in both in person and hybrid settings.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Communications, Information Technology or Business Management

  • Proven experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry

  • Certification in Facilitation, Design Thinking, System Thinking, Structured Decision-Making
