ManpowerGroup Audiovisual Technician in New York, New York

*NOT REMOTE*

Essential Job Functions:

• Schedule audiovisual resources and conference rooms using Ciscos Telepresence Management System (TMS).

• Assist in the development of audiovisual standards, and work to apply them to new and existing build outs.

• Work with audiovisual integrators to ensure that project scope has been fulfilled and quality standards are met prior to project acceptance.

• Manage Acano virtual collaboration spaces.

• Inventory administration.

• Provide end-user training.

• Integrate audiovisual assets into Crestron Fusion.

• Provide prompt response to end-user reported audiovisual issues.

• Troubleshoot and repair/replace malfunctioning audiovisual equipment.

• Perform software and firmware updates afterhours.

• Provide in-person support for high importance meetings.

• Provision new videoconferencing endpoints using Cisco TMS.

• Optimize conference room audiovisual settings to offer the best user experience possible.

• Have an understanding of how lighting, ergonomics, and acoustics pertain to audiovisual systems and make holistic recommendations which improve the end-user experience.

• Work with support partners to facilitate repair and replacement of equipment.

• Track all incidents and tasks using an internal ticketing system.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Possess an in-depth understanding of visual systems (LED displays, video walls, projectors, etc.).

• Possess a working knowledge of audiovisual control systems and technologies (AMX, Crestron, etc.).

• Audiovisual testing instruments and meters.

• Microsoft Visio.

• Ability to understand blueprints, schematics, and flow diagrams.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Experience installing and troubleshooting many makes/models/designs of audiovisual equipment.
