Job Title : IT Project Manager
Location : Greater San Antonio, TX (Hybrid Schedule)
Pay : $50-$55 hourly
Type: 6-month Contract
USC or Permanent Residents only – No C2C or Sponsorships provided
Our client, network of commercial vehicle dealership, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team. As an IT Project Manager , you will be responsible for meticulous planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and implementation of projects and interrelated program activities within the dynamic setting of a PMO (Project/Program Management Office). The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects overseen by the PMO strictly adhere to the best practices and standard approaches outlined in the project management methodology.
Key Responsibilities
Developing project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
Identifying resources needed, determining budget to ensure project success
Facilitating communication between project stakeholders, including executives, management, and team members, to ensure alignment and manage expectations
Leading and motivating project teams, including developers, analysts, quality assurance and other IT professionals, to achieve project goals
Identifying and mitigating project risks, such as technical challenges, budget overruns, and schedule delays, to keep the project on track
Preferred Experience/Skills :
3-5 years’ experience of IT Project Management Experience, with a preference for expertise in one of the follow areas: Software Development, Business Systems, IT Infrastructure, eCommerce
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and how it interacts in an Iterative Hybrid Project Management model
Versatile styles of communication through multiple channels across all levels of stakeholder
A 4-year degree or equivalent experience
SAP experience a plus
Azure DevOps experience a plus
