ManpowerGroup Accounting Analyst in New Albany, Ohio

Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Payable

Pay Range: $16.50 - $20.50 /hr.

Duration: 5 -6 months contract with potential extension.

Location: Columbus, Ohio 43230

Schedule: 20 hours flexible during business hours, no weekends

Must be USC/GC Holder, NO C2C

The Construction team manages all new store constructions, remodels, and relocations. They are currently transitioning from the Accruent system, which is no longer supported, to SAP. This role will support this transition, helping to ensure the smooth entry and tracking of vendor invoices for construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Construction team with the transition of invoices from Accruent to SAP.

  • Track, code, and process invoices accurately and efficiently.

  • Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable.

  • Support vendors and Project Managers in the Construction team.

Must-Haves:

  • High school diploma with accounting experience or a bachelor's degree

  • Proficiency in SAP

  • Experience in accounts payable

  • Skilled in invoice tracking, coding, and processing

  • Data entry experience

  • Previous experience with Accruent is a plus
