ManpowerGroup Product Manager - TN in Nashville, Tennessee

Experis/Manpower Group has partnered with a leading financial organization in Charlotte, NC / Nashville, TN for a contract Product Manager to assist their team. It will be a Hybrid role.

Title: Product Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC / Nashville, TN

Duration: 12+ months (Hybrid 3 days)

Tasks

  • Define product vision and strategy for healthcare payments solutions.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

  • Develop and prioritize product roadmaps and feature backlogs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, compliance) to deliver products.

  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market trends.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

  • Create and maintain detailed product documentation.

  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on data and user feedback.

  • Conduct training sessions and provide support for internal teams and clients.

  • Drive go-to-market strategies and product launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management within the healthcare payments industry.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare payment systems and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven track record of successful product development and launch.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).

Skills & Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare payment systems and processes.

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and ACA.

  • Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.

  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Experience with UX/UI design principles and customer-centric product development.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of data privacy and security standards in healthcare.
