ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Mountville, Pennsylvania

Our client, a leading Distribution facility, is seeking a CSR to join their team. As a part time Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the success of this company. The ideal candidate will have reliability, experience in a CSR role, and great computer and communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Part time CSR

Location: Mountville, PA

Pay Rate: $17/hr

Shift: 5 hrs per day Mon-Fri between 7am-3:3pm- Temporary assignment running through September 2024

What’s the Job?

This is a part time temporary CSR role in which you will be working in an office setting and performing clerical duties for a distribution warehouse facility.

What’s Needed?

  • Responds to all customer inquiries and complaints concerning work-orders, shipments, inventory counts, etc.

• Reports customer feedback to management. Schedule loads as required.

• Acts as liaison between customer and warehouse for account administration, customer, and office.

• Generates all paperwork/information required for customer work orders including checking on special requests, expediting orders where necessary, tracking orders and post inventory records. Data entry.

• Provides clerical support including all paperwork associated with orders, maintaining corresponding files, answering phones, operating office equipment/computers needed to perform duties, greeting visitors

• Follow attendance policy, show up for work on time and ready to work assigned shift. Perform other duties as required and assigned.
