ManpowerGroup Test Cell Technician in Monticello, Indiana
Our client is seeking a Test Cell Technician to join their team. As a TCT, you will be part of the production/finishing teams. The ideal candidate will have problem solving, communication and leadership skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Test Cell Technician
Location: Monticello, IN
Pay Range: $16 - $20 BOE
What’s the Job?
Test Cell Technician
Testing electrical circuits (switch gears, power distribution fuel displays and battery charging systems.
Inspect all aspects of engines and engine components
Mechanical repair of things such as coolant leaks, fuel leaks and fuel probes
Electrical voltages would include 120, 240, 480 and 600 volts AC. Sometimes higher.
Setting up power modules for test to include fueling of the unit, attaching load cables and AC house shore power.
What’s Needed?
Technical Certificate with 1 year related experience and/or training
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
Ability to weld and operate machining tools
Understanding of diesel engines and power generators
Knowledge of basic hand tools, electrical measuring equipment and tape measure.
