ManpowerGroup R&D Technician III in Minnetonka, Minnesota

Our client, a leading innovator in the medical device industry, seeks an R&D Technician III to join their growing team! As an R&D Technician III, you'll be the backbone of the Research and Development department, supporting various engineering teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for innovation and a collaborative spirit.

Job Title: R&D Technician III

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Pay Range: $ 29-32/HR

What’s the Job?

  • Build and test prototypes based on engineering designs.

  • Utilize CAD software to document your creations and develop innovative solutions.

  • Conduct rigorous testing using Instron machines and other equipment.

  • Partner with project teams to establish quality standards and specifications.

  • Source materials and services to keep projects moving forward.

  • Share project progress and insights effectively with colleagues.

What’s Needed?

  • Associate's degree or 3+ years of experience in a technical field (preferred).

  • Experience with electro prototyping and building functional prototypes.

  • Proficiency in using CAD software.

  • A self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and scientists.
