Our client, a leading innovator in the medical device industry, seeks an R&D Technician III to join their growing team! As an R&D Technician III, you'll be the backbone of the Research and Development department, supporting various engineering teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for innovation and a collaborative spirit.
Job Title: R&D Technician III
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Pay Range: $ 29-32/HR
What’s the Job?
Build and test prototypes based on engineering designs.
Utilize CAD software to document your creations and develop innovative solutions.
Conduct rigorous testing using Instron machines and other equipment.
Partner with project teams to establish quality standards and specifications.
Source materials and services to keep projects moving forward.
Share project progress and insights effectively with colleagues.
What’s Needed?
Associate's degree or 3+ years of experience in a technical field (preferred).
Experience with electro prototyping and building functional prototypes.
Proficiency in using CAD software.
A self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and scientists.
