This position will provide support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, employee and/or labor relations, overseeing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or the Vendor Management System (VMS), and special projects related to Workforce Planning. He/She works with the hiring managers, will need to collaborate with region/country/corporate Human Resources (HR) teams to provide ATS/VMS support and run reports. This position requires effective communication skills, recruitment experience, and some knowledge of employment laws. This position will require the HR Assistant Specialist to travel in their personal vehicle on an 'as needed' basis.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Associate's Bachelor's Degree preferred or its equivalent with 2 plus years of experience in the field or in a related area.

  • Mon-Fri: 8:00am - 5:00pm

  • Competitive pay $30.60/hour

  • Full time - 2 month assignment
