Manpower Group Sales Analyst in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
The Analyst is responsible to work with market leaders from the Sales and Consulting organizations to develop analyses that allow the organization to be better at segmenting, targeting, pricing, and forecasting.
The Analyst role is part of the Right Management Sales Analytics team.

The ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, direct, and effective way - at all levels
Proven ability to extract insights from data and share findings in appropriate presentation formats
Experience leading exploratory research projects and building predictive models
Master user of MS Excel and analysis software such as Tableau or SPSS
Expert at manipulating, analyzing, visualizing and automating processing of large data sets
A clear understanding of how to communicate both the quantitative and qualitative business outcomes of our solutions
Ability to collaborate with a remote team
Experience project management leadership
Master user of Microsoft Excel
Advanced user of Powerpoint
Advanced user of Tableau
Experience with MSD strongly preferred
Expert at manipulating and analyzing data
Working knowledge of business and financial analysis techniques; knowledge of accounting principles a plus
The ability to interpret, visualize and communicate complex concepts in a simple, direct, and effective way
Experience with analytical tools such as SPSS and R a plus
