ManpowerGroup Project Manager, RPO Implementations - Remote in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager specializing in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) implementations. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and successful deployment of RPO solutions, ensuring that projects meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

This is a freelance W2 Contract position that will work fully remote and as projects arise. Hours per week will vary based on project scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management specific to RPO implementations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of project tasks and deliverables.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with clients to gather requirements, define project objectives, and establish project priorities.

  • Facilitate effective communication between clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identify potential risks and issues related to RPO implementations and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.

RPO Implementation:

  • Lead the deployment of RPO solutions, ensuring they meet technical specifications and client expectations.

  • Work closely with recruitment teams, technology providers, and other partners to ensure successful integration and performance of RPO solutions.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality RPO services.

  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to validate the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented RPO solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.

  • Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, key milestones, and any issues encountered.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance RPO project delivery.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in RPO to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on RPO implementations.

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and RPO solutions.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Hive, Monday, Asana, Trello).

Minimum Salary: 75,000 - Maximum Salary: 125,000
