ManpowerGroup Project Manager – Global Projects in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
The Project Manager is responsible for leading Corporate Finance Transformation projects focused on improved efficiency and effectiveness. Including but not limited to ERP implementation for Corporate functions, organizational design projects, and data clean up.
Accountabilities
Results & Strategy
Create and execute project work plans that meet changing needs and requirements. Assign project team roles and deliverables, including scope, schedule, resources, risk, costs/benefits, project quality, and communications. Acquire resources and coordinate stakeholders, contractors, and/or shared resources. Ensure integration and manage escalations across all aspects of project workstreams.
Manage project governance, including status reports. Ensure proper artifacts and documentation are produced, distributed, and archived for future use.
Thought Leadership
Facilitate change in a challenging environment focused on building relationships, repeatable processes, systems, and networks.
Other accountabilities as assigned
Experience
Required
● 5 years project leadership experience specializing in six sigma, organization development, change management, and/or organizational communication.
● Project Management: Project Management Certification or equivalent experience
● Digital Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Visio
Nice to Have
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Communication or related field, or equivalent experience
● Lean: Six Sigma or Lean Sigma Certification

This position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District, and historic downtown architecture. ManpowerGroup is proud to support a flexible working environment. Employees may work virtual some of the time depending on role (1-2 days per week).
