ManpowerGroup Executive Assistant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing proactive, well-organized and timely senior administrative support and executive representation to our Executive Leadership.  This role supports our Talent Solutions brand which is focused on strategy development, leadership and communications. We are looking for someone skilled in client interactions and enjoys creating visual presentations for them.

The person in this role will have a high interest in business acumen, attention to detail and sensitivity to organizational dynamics. Must be able to work independently with a strong desire to ensure quality team interactions and results.

  • Exercises Discretion, is highly responsive and pays attention to detail

  • Self directed management of duties and ability to multi-task

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills (including drafting and reviewing written communications)Develop and produce monthly publications and “live” events for department staff  

  • Assist in the design of executive presentations using powerpoint and graphics; often with fast turnaround times 

  • Manage, coordinate and maintain up-to-date and accurate executive calendar, including and monitoring of key dates deliverables and accountabilities.Ability to prioritize appropriately.   

  • Execute all general administrative duties (e.g., business travel, expense submission, email monitoring) in seamless fashion. 

  • Plan and coordinate key executive and department events; involving local and global staff members 

  • Provide an exceptional service experience through quality of work and positive communication with all external stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency of processes.

  • Engages with internal and external stakeholders in a manner that demonstrates our deep knowledge of the World of Work, building our brand and conveying professionalism and expertise.

This position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District, and historic downtown architecture. ManpowerGroup is proud to support a flexible working environment. Employees may work virtual some of the time depending on role (2 days per week).

Required:

• 5 years’ experience in an administrative capacity

• High school Diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience supporting senior level business leaders; adept at working in a global organization (timezones), exposure to the staffing and contingent workforce placement industry.
