Manpower Group Business Development Consultant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Develops key relationships with business and Human Resources executives of companies in their market territory; consults and is a thought partner with clients & prospects for outplacement and career management best practices.
Leads account management responsibilities for assigned outplacement clients: guarantees high client satisfaction, quality delivery of all career management services, utilization of technology and optimized program utilization.
Successfully leads new client pursuits resulting in career management market share growth; leverages innovation, ManpowerGroup expertise and creates market differentiation through Right Management capabilities.
Executes effective lead generation campaigns utilizing marketing, social media and sales technology for maximum new opportunity development.
Exceeds annual sales goals of $1.0MM plus.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and execute market or territory sales plans of $1.0MM plus with the goal of driving sustainable and profitable business growth; focus on Career Management services.
Builds key client relationships by developing and executing account plans to retain and expand business with existing client accounts; increase wallet share, grow cross brand and create new revenue streams.
Ensures the client’s requirements are at the forefront of all sales efforts; gain understanding of client needs and align Right Management’s resources, services & technology to deliver high client satisfaction.
Responsible for high client satisfaction scores for client portfolio; responds with appropriate action planning to address low scores for both client and candidate satisfaction surveys.
Conducts partnership business reviews for all services; demonstrates value & business impact, reviews future client business initiatives and provides thought leadership.
Strategically pursues new to firm outplacement targets analyzing industry business trends, predictive analytics and competitive landscape; resulting in an improved win rate vs. prior year.
Coordinates and attends local marketing industry events to build the Right Management brand, network for new lead generation and create cross brand ManpowerGroup opportunities.
Business Development Skills including:
Strong complex selling skills and demonstrated ability to lead effective sales process.
Ability to build new to firm relationships and contracts at Fortune 1,000 prospects
Sustained track record of consultative sales success and new revenue stream generation at both clients and prospects of $1 MM plus.
Proven research capabilities used to gain working knowledge needed to understand client need, industry trend/pressures that impact their need and proposed solution, etc.;
Proven ability to create and maintain high pipeline volume and velocity due to sales activity pace, effectiveness and expertise.
Demonstrated ability to drive new accounts through networking, canvassing market, and leveraging Manpower Group relationships.
Account Plan Management including:
Proven ability to achieve high client satisfaction with all services due to high client service skills and account management processes.
Project management skills required to sustain progress and quality simultaneously across many accounts in various stages of development.
Effectively manages internal resources to execute client plan objectives, progress opportunities as well as create new revenue streams.
Strong user of Sales Force and client relationship management systems to accelerate client plan activities, manage opportunity pipeline and effectively report on all aspects of the business.
Industry and Business Acumen:
Possesses strong financial acumen and applies to client business issues, client strategic planning and new engagement opportunities.
Demonstrated expertise of "World of Work" trends and application of ManpowerGroup brands to deliver our value as a global workforce solution company.
Expert on local market competitive intelligence and jumps on emerging threats and opportunities for quick action.
Possesses strong career industry expertise and experience. Understands client business issues cross brand and positions Right Management as the Career Expert within ManpowerGroup.
High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent.
Strong client communication skills – written, presentation and small group meetings.
BA Strongly Preferred or 5 years consultative sales experience
Strong Right Management program and delivery expertise for Career Management services.
