Our client in the healthcare space is seeking a Salesforce CRM Architect to join their team. This will be a full-time, permanent opportunity!
Job Title: Salesforce CRM Architect / Lead
Location: Boise, ID or Remote
What’s the Job?
This role will lead the development of the companys Enterprise CRM technical capabilities, focusing on designing and overseeing the implementation of complex, scalable Salesforce solutions to meet the organization's strategic objectives.
The architect will design Salesforce solutions to transform and automate enterprise operations around sales and account management’s engagement with BCI customers, including members, providers, brokers, and employer groups.
This position will guide the development teams to design and deliver Salesforce solutions that transform customer experience and business operations for enterprise grade customers.
Experience: Seven (7) years’ experience Software Engineering and IT technical leadership to include 4+ years Salesforce architecture in a project management or leadership role. Healthcare payer experience required. Experience to include:
Salesforce - Solid experience designing, building and implementing Salesforce orgs with a focus on customer satisfaction and business value
Experience guiding teams of software developers, configurators, administrators, and QA teams while sharing knowledge and recommending upskill learning paths
Hands-on software engineering design and development background, along with technical advisory capabilities
Technical roadmap design and delivery, including large transformational initiatives in this space. Hands on experience in implementing CRM, MarTech, and AdTech, Service Cloud, Velocity, CPQ, in addition to Web frameworks like REACT and Angular
Tech stack including Vlocity, Health Cloud, Omniscript, portals, Lightning Design System, Omnistudio, SQL
Proven track record of creating and delivery of continuous measurable KPIs, showing value to business thru a regularly maintained technical roadmap
Experience in leading multiple multi-functional project teams using a SAFE release train approach, maintain progress dashboards in tools like Jira
Ability to develop, maintain and collaborate on robust dev/secops capabilities that includes CI/CD pipelines
Integration of Salesforce with other Cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS and Docusign and internal application stacks such as benefit configuration and contract lifecycle management systems
Demonstrable ability to create conceptual and physical architecture diagrams for CRM solutions and their integration with various systems as described above
Build and lead high-performance global product engineering teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Leading applications, operations, and support including development of the capabilities and ongoing maintenance of the solutions, with a background in varied computer platforms and operating systems
Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into architectural solutions
Superb communication and collaboration skills to optimally work with multi-functional teams and partners
Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and provide technical guidance for business growth and optimization
Familiarity with security and data privacy standards, with experience implementing solutions with adherence to these standards
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field; or equivalent work experience (Two years’ relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)
In this role, we will ask you to:
Dive deep into CRM, MarTech, and AdTech architecture, understanding their functionalities and capabilities
Lead and oversee the implementation and integration of CRM, MarTech, and AdTech systems
Provide technical guidance and expertise to partners and project teams throughout the architecture and implementation process
Create functional requirements as an input to application design.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions
Conduct analysis and evaluation of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Collaborate with key business partners to identify high-priority areas where superior performance outcomes can be achieved through process redesign that uses appropriate technologies
Contribute to the development of an enterprise CRM strategy, governance, operating model, and roadmap. Translate internal business needs and technology directions into application features and capabilities. Ensure alignment with organizational goals & objectives
Lead a portfolio of related program and projects to achieve greater operational efficiency, focused execution, and better outcomes. Track and improve cost effectiveness, service levels, quality, and time to market
Champion organizational change to consumer-driven healthcare, through CRM technologies, automation, data and analytics and supporting processes
Apply design-thinking and agile methodology to design, develop, and deploy new technologies or configure existing software/data assets to transform operational and Information Services processes
Lead teams of subject experts, analysts, managers, and developers in the delivery of solutions for their respective domains as well as integration across all domains where appropriate
Handle staffing plans, budget, contracts and vendor relationships for a balanced approach to technology solutions, delivery capacity and skills needed for the efforts
Develop and regularly communicate performance metrics (dashboards, key indicators, etc.) to relevant partners regarding activities within responsibility areas
Ensure current, accurate documentation to support operation and maintenance of the systems and related training
