ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in McCalla, Alabama

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations and equipment maintenance. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the efficient production of high-quality automotive components while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: McCalla, AL

Pay Range: $26.50/hr. - $31.30/hr. (depending on experience)

Shifts Available: 3:00pm – 11:30pm OR 11:00pm – 7:30am

What’s the Job?

  • PLC and HMI maintenance & troubleshooting (including Ladder logic)

  • Perform & diagnose hydraulic leaks and PMs

  • Advanced electrical and blueprint schematic reading

  • Integrated circuit troubleshooting

  • Responsible for assisting with pneumatic circuit design

  • Capable of sizing motor starters and overloads for an application

  • General knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, ad hydraulic blueprint schematic reading

  • Ability to troubleshoot basic control circuits

  • Use of basic shop tools (hand tools, drills, lathes, and milling machine)

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Industrial maintenance

  • Automotive Manufacturing industry experience

  • Experience with troubleshooting/repair of Plastics Injection

  • Proven understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems

  • Overhead crane and forklift experience

  • Vocational or Technical Degree preferred
