ManpowerGroup Product Support Engineer in Maplewood, Minnesota

Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, has an exciting opportunity with an American multinational conglomerate known for its operations in industry, worker safety, U.S. health care, and consumer goods. We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Support Engineer to join our client's team in Maplewood, MN .

Job Title: Product Support Engineer

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay: $22 to $23 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and services for the window film portfolio in CBTD.

  • Complete assigned technical activities related to product design changes in raw material management, test method development and validation, and management of specification changes.

  • Verify product performance characteristics in support of product claims and warranties using scientific and engineering principles.

  • Analyze, interpret, and communicate the results of technical work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: BS in a Science or Engineering field (preferred: Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering).

  • Top 3 required skills:

  • Film coating processes

  • Practical understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC)

  • Test methods for films
