Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, has an exciting opportunity with an American multinational conglomerate known for its operations in industry, worker safety, U.S. health care, and consumer goods. We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Support Engineer to join our client's team in Maplewood, MN .
Job Title: Product Support Engineer
Location: Maplewood, MN
Pay: $22 to $23 per hour
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and services for the window film portfolio in CBTD.
Complete assigned technical activities related to product design changes in raw material management, test method development and validation, and management of specification changes.
Verify product performance characteristics in support of product claims and warranties using scientific and engineering principles.
Analyze, interpret, and communicate the results of technical work.
Requirements:
Minimum education: BS in a Science or Engineering field (preferred: Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering).
Top 3 required skills:
Film coating processes
Practical understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Test methods for films
