Our client, a leader in telecommunications, is seeking a Telecommunications Analyst to join their team. As a Telecommunications Analyst, you will be part of the technical support team, assisting in the management and deployment of telecom technologies. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and troubleshoot complex problems, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
Job Title: Telecommunications Specialist
Location: Madison, WI (Remote)
Pay Range: $31 - $34/hr.
Note: 100% remote position with office visits as needed weekly. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to State guidelines.
What's the Job?
Provide technical assistance in support of telecommunications infrastructure management.
Assist with the installation and support of telephones, cellphones, and video conferencing solutions.
Manage and support Cisco infrastructure and endpoints.
Oversee mobile device management and support.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex telecommunication issues.
What's Needed?
2-5 years of experience in telecommunications and networking concepts.
Working knowledge of VoIP technologies such as SIP and H323.
Experience with Cisco phones and infrastructure.
Familiarity with Unified Communications Systems (Webex, PBX, ACD).
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
