ManpowerGroup Customer Service/Call Center in Louisville, Kentucky

Our client, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Previous Call center experience, Microsoft office applications and some healthcare knowledge which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Louisville, Ky

Pay Range: $17 an hour

What’s the Job?

  • Inbound/Outbound calls-Healthcare preferred

  • Process refills

  • schedule shipments for patients or providers

  • Resolve the callers’ needs

  • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller

What’s Needed?

  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule

  • Previous call center experience preferred

  • Previous healthcare experience desired

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Able to type 35 wpm or greater
