ManpowerGroup Accounts Payable Supervisor (High Volume) in Los Angeles, California
Manpower is hiring for an Accounts Payable Supervisor! In this role, you will be responsible for the direct supervision of accounts payable staff. You will assign work as necessary to direct reports to ensure the organization is following payment terms, tax rules, and policies/procedures.

Pay Rate: $32/hr.
1 year contract
What you will be doing:
Ensuring that the AP associates are processing transactions within the required turnaround time and provide feedback as necessary.
Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Supporting match exception (H&I) resolution.
Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving payment-related issues promptly and professionally.
Preparing and processing payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH transactions.
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assisting with month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
Who we are looking for:
Someone who holds a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited University
Someone with 1+ years in a supervisory role within the Accounting (Accounts Payable realm) and at least 3+ years' experience within an Accounts Payable role.
Someone who worked in an environment processing a minimum of 200 invoices a day.
Someone with strong knowledge in Accounting Software.
