ManpowerGroup Plating Technician 2nd in Lincoln, New Hampshire

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Plating Technician to join their team. As a Plating Technician I, you will be part of the production department supporting the quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plating Technician

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $19.75 per hour (2nd Shift @ $3.50 Shift Differential) (3rd Shift @ $4.50 Shift Differential)

What's the Job?

  • Operate assigned equipment used in metal finishing operations.

  • Load and unload tote pans of parts and maintain cleanliness of tanks

  • Monitor the temperature of solutions and maintain daily production logs.

  • Physically inspect processing to ensure quality of product.

  • Perform general utility work and assist with chemical handling as needed.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED; or equivalent related experience and/or training.

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.

  • Basic understanding of chemistry as it applies to the job.

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot simple to moderate issues.
