ManpowerGroup Maintenance Manager in Kinston, North Carolina

Our client, a Global Manufacturer of consumer goods, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting a team of Maintenance Technicians. The ideal candidate will have Leadership, Mentoring and Scheduling experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Goldsboro, NC

Pay Range: 70,000 - 90,000

What’s the Job?

• Safety

• Develop and implement an effective safety committee to establish safety policies and best practices throughout the facility

• Represents the company during external audits related to safety

• Ensure the safety of all associates by proactively identifying safety concerns and taking relevant actions to address those concerns

• Ensure the environmental compliance is maintained to the highest possible standards for the facility

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent combination of college-level education and experience.

  • Proficient at using Microsoft Office tools Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • At least five years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering or maintenance leadership role in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Documented training in managing a safety and environmental program preferred.
