ManpowerGroup Scrum Master - Project Manager in Kennesaw, Georgia
Experis is looking for an Agile Scrum Master with Financial Services experience for a contract role with one of our largest Financial Services clients. This role is a
Hybrid position – candidates can sit in any of the following locations and will be required to be onsite 3 days/week: Chicago-IL, Kennesaw-GA, Chandler-AZ, Jacksonville-FL or Richmond-VA
Requirements: :
4-5 years of recent experience as a SM
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a regulated industry (banking, finance, healthcare, etc.).
Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies with the flexibility to adapt these practices.
Needs Technical background/knowledge (SDLC and experience with releases to production)
Do not have to be technologist with a technical background BUT needs to understand technology enough to be able to ask the right technical questions.
Excellent knowledge & understanding of Risk & Compliance Management (matters requiring attention)
Must have Confluence & JIRA work management tool
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)) are preferred but not mandatory.
