ManpowerGroup Training Field Analyst in Kansas City, Missouri

Our client, is seeking a Training Field analyst to join their team. As a Training Field, you will evaluate and analyze the conditions of the designated training fields for the CONMEBOL TEAMS PARTICIPATING IN THE COPA AMERICA 2024.

Job Title: Training Field Analyst

Location: KANSAS CITY

Pay Range: $20

What’s the Job?

  • Evaluations of the training fields to identify optimal conditions and areas for improvement.

  • Assist in logistical planning to ensure the availability of resources and materials for optimal field operation.

  • Generate detailed reports on the status of the fields and implemented improvements

  • Collect relevant data and metrics on the field's conditions, infrastructure, and equipment.

  • Assist in logistical planning to ensure the availability of resources and materials for optimal field operation.

What’s Needed?

  • Previous experience in similar roles or in the evaluation of sports facilities.

  • Ability to collect, analyze, and present data effectively.

  • Flexibility and availability to work during the event period, including weekends and unconventional hours.

  • Certifications or training in sports field analysis will be valued.

  • Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
