ManpowerGroup Purchasing Specialist in Kansas City, Missouri
Purchasing Specialist Needed for busy distribution center in Kansas City North. Ideal Candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Purchasing or Inventory Control role.
Job Title: Purchasing Specialist
Location: Kansas City North (Near KCI)
Pay Range: $36k - $55k + Amazing Benefits
What’s the Job?
Manage purchase orders, oversee shipping schedules and maintain purchase records.
Review inventory and back orders
Work closely with Departments and Vendors
Conduct ongoing market research to identify beneficial purchase agreements and vendors.
What’s Needed?
Minimum of 1 year experience in a purchasing or inventory control position
In-Depth knowledge of purchasing function, inventory and supply management
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with other team members and vendors
Proficient in MS Office
Strong attention to detail
