ManpowerGroup Operations Data Analyst in Kansas City, Missouri

Job Title: Business Systems Operations Analyst

Location: Kansas City, Missouri 64114 (100% ONSITE)

Pay Range: $30- 40.00/hr. + Benefits.

Duration: 6 Month Contract.

Job Description:

The Business Systems Data Analyst is responsible for identifying relevant data to measure and improve business performance, collecting significant amounts of data, and generating comprehensive reports. This role involves maintaining communication between different departments, assisting clients, and ensuring the security of databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Reporting: Collect, organize, and generate reports from significant data sets to measure and improve business performance.

  • Systems Administration: Manage and support systems such as 4DX, Product Plan, and Resource Innovations.

  • Executive Reporting: Create and maintain executive reporting dashboards for decision-making.

  • Test Case Execution: Develop and execute written test cases to ensure system functionality.

  • Record Retention: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for compliance and reference.

  • Database Security: Control and assign privileges, provide authentication and authorization to end users, and ensure database security.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in data entry and management using Excel.

  • Ability to harvest and integrate data from various business systems.

  • Skilled in organizing data into usable formats and generating metrics.

  • Proficient in using multiple tools to present integrated reports from multiple systems.

  • Strong analytical skills for project information and root cause analysis.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.

  • Resourceful and adaptable with strong attention to detail.

  • Capable of building effective relationships and working with diverse individuals.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience.

  • 3-4 years of experience in data entry, software/database administration, or project controls.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to interpret and present complex data.

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.

  • Previous experience in maintaining data confidentiality and security.

This role serves as a progression from administrative ranks to an analytical position within the organization, based on business needs, skill level, performance, and potential for advancement to a fully analytical role.
