Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Floater
Location: Mira Loma CA
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Job Description:
We are seeking a mature and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Floater. This role is crucial in supporting our client’s dispatch office by stepping in when regular staff members are absent. The ideal candidate will receive comprehensive training to ensure readiness for both dispatch and CSR duties. Subsequently, they will undergo training in their Billing department.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support in the dispatch office as needed, ensuring smooth operations during staff absences.
Learn and master dispatch and CSR procedures to handle customer inquiries and service requests effectively.
Receive training in billing processes and assist with billing-related tasks when required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar working environment preferred.
Excellent people skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
Flexible work schedule to accommodate early starts or late stays as necessary.
Strong computer skills: experience with QuickBooks for billing is helpful.
An excellent attendance record and reliability are essential.
Ability to work well within a team environment.
Comfortable with an office casual attire policy; sneakers are acceptable, but no shorts.
Cell phones are permitted but must only be used during break times.
Additional Requirements:
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) is required; a typing test will be administered.
Valid California Driver’s License (CDL) required for all associates.
English proficiency is mandatory; bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are helpful but not mandatory.
Candidates must be prepared to present their CDL upon starting. A typing test will be conducted during the interview to verify minimum typing speed requirements.
