Job Title – $20
Our client who is one of the largest Logistics company world wide is looking for a hardworking, motivated Air Import Customer Service Rep to join their team. This successful candidate will be located in Jamaica, NY and will be looked at to provide the customers with the highest quality service by providing consistent Customer Service and shipment processing in order to ensure timely movement of air cargo.

What will you be doing?
Provide and ensure a high level of customer service by developing and maintaining a strong relation with customers serving as front line personnel in the various operating divisions and subsidiaries
Research and negotiate Air Carrier and CFS rates
Resolve billing issues and ensure that invoicing and vendor payments are accurate
Anticipate, identify and resolve problems which could delay the timely release or movement of cargo
Work with management and internal departments to ensure workflow and productivity output
What do you bring?
Positive, can-do attitude
HS diploma or GED
Knowledge in freight forwarding / Air import
Strong customer service, organizational, and communication
