ManpowerGroup Traveling Project Superintendent - Industrial in Jacksonville, Florida

Our client, Design-Build General Contractor is seeking a Traveling Project Superintendent to join their team. As a Project Superintendent, you will be part of the Industrial Group. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication and grit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Traveling Project Superintendent

Location: Remote/Travel

Pay Range: $120k to $130k

What’s the Job?

  • Is in complete and responsible charge of project construction. Coordinates and directs all trades on the project, including subs.

  • Preplans and schedules project activity on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, as required.

  • Responsible for holding weekly subcontractor meeting with all subcontractors.

  • Responsible for building, updating, and pushing a 4 week look ahead schedule, separate from the project schedules.

What’s Needed?

  • Construction of food & beverage manufacturing plants.

  • Inspects and verifies work in progress, and strictly enforces compliance with safety procedures.

  • Work in conjunction with the Project Manager.

  • Nationwide Travel.

  • Supervise Assistant Superintendent, Field Clerk, Field Engineer, Craft Foreman, and Subcontractor's Foreman.
