ManpowerGroup Traveling Project Superintendent - Industrial in Jacksonville, Florida
Our client, Design-Build General Contractor is seeking a Traveling Project Superintendent to join their team. As a Project Superintendent, you will be part of the Industrial Group. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication and grit which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Traveling Project Superintendent
Location: Remote/Travel
Pay Range: $120k to $130k
What’s the Job?
Is in complete and responsible charge of project construction. Coordinates and directs all trades on the project, including subs.
Preplans and schedules project activity on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, as required.
Responsible for holding weekly subcontractor meeting with all subcontractors.
Responsible for building, updating, and pushing a 4 week look ahead schedule, separate from the project schedules.
What’s Needed?
Construction of food & beverage manufacturing plants.
Inspects and verifies work in progress, and strictly enforces compliance with safety procedures.
Work in conjunction with the Project Manager.
Nationwide Travel.
Supervise Assistant Superintendent, Field Clerk, Field Engineer, Craft Foreman, and Subcontractor's Foreman.
