ManpowerGroup Lead Equipment Technician- Night shift in Jacksonville, Florida

Our client, a major manufacturer is seeking a Industrial Maintenance Technician Lead to join their team. As a Lead Industrial Maintenance technician, you will be part of the Maintenance team supporting Production Team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of management experience, and reporting,delegating task to the team which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: West Jacksonville (Cecil Field Area)

Pay Range: $29.55 +

What’s the Job?

  • Oversee the Equipment tech team in support of production line.

  • Evaluate the machinery and track shift reports to see the performance of the product line is on track.

  • Report the equipment status and related anomalies to the Sr. Lead.

  • Motivate team member through the creation of a positive work environment by providing mentoring, coaching, and training to assist in professional development.

What’s Needed?

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED

  • Must be able to be on your feet for more than 12 hours a day.

  • Advanced preventative maintenance skills.

  • 2-3 years of experience leading a team.
