Our client, a major manufacturer is seeking a Industrial Maintenance Technician Lead to join their team. As a Lead Industrial Maintenance technician, you will be part of the Maintenance team supporting Production Team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of management experience, and reporting,delegating task to the team which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: West Jacksonville (Cecil Field Area)
Pay Range: $29.55 +
What’s the Job?
Oversee the Equipment tech team in support of production line.
Evaluate the machinery and track shift reports to see the performance of the product line is on track.
Report the equipment status and related anomalies to the Sr. Lead.
Motivate team member through the creation of a positive work environment by providing mentoring, coaching, and training to assist in professional development.
What’s Needed?
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must be able to be on your feet for more than 12 hours a day.
Advanced preventative maintenance skills.
2-3 years of experience leading a team.
