ManpowerGroup Bilingual Team Lead in Jacksonville, Florida
Our client, is seeking a Floor Lead to join their team. As a Floor Lead, you will be leading a team 10 -20 people doing different functions. The ideal candidate will have fork truck experience, material handling experience, attention to details and bilingual in spanish and English.
Job Title: Bilingual Spanish/English Lead
Location: Northside (near to the zoo)
Pay Range: 16
What’s the Job?
Leading a team 0 – 20 people doing repacks, product modifications (adding price labels, adding other labels), prepping product for shipment.
Keep track of inventory and understand the importance of following a process.
There is some math involved, but nothing tricky. Must be able to count accurately.
Must be a self starter. Person will lead the team, but be expected to pitch in too.
Fork truck experience a plus.
Must be a self starter and able to multi-task.
M-F 7:00 am to 3:30/4:00 pm
