ManpowerGroup Marketing Project Manager in Irvine, California

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hours a week - could be more based on the needs of company)

Pay Rate: $58/hr.

Summary

The Marketing Project Manager for the Engagement/ Loyalty program must have advanced skills & experience in the project management of Owner Loyalty & MarTech projects that impact the entire enterprise, as well as a deep understanding of IT and Marketing.

The Program Manager must document, integrate & manage all workstreams related to the development & implementation of the Engagement/Loyalty program, as well as operational readiness and program rollout. This person will guide all workstreams to completion to ensure a successful program and launch.

Major Areas of Responsibility (MAR) include documenting & managing the following workstreams:

• Maintain integrated master project plan & guide all workstreams to conclusion

• Teams site & Business Requirements documents

• Project Meetings & check-ins

• IT prep & support

• Program Implementation/ Build

• Tech tool set up & integration

• Tech QA & testing

• Data sourcing & integration

• Data testing & validation

• Company's integration

• Branding, Assets, look/feel

• Stakeholder input & processes, including Brand Strategy, Brand Style, PR, Motorsports, Partnerships, VML, etc.

• “Surprise & delight” benefits sourcing & finance set up

• Legal issues, permissions & sign off

• Operational Readiness, including CEC training, development of Marketing support Comms, Region & Dealer training & rollout

• Measurement & Reporting set up '

IT Prep and Support 15%

Implementation Support 15%

Stakeholder Management & Support 30%

Marketing Communications Support 20%

Operational Readiness Support 20%

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, IT, or related field or equivalent combination of education, training,

and/or work experience in lieu of a degree. MBA a plus.

Minimum of (3) years of relevant project management experience in support of CRM, Loyalty or web application, system, program or data role, preferably within the automotive OEM

Environment or Fortune 100 brands. Priority given to someone with Loyalty Program experience.

Excellent Project Management skills (ability to use Smartsheets, Excel and other organizational tools)

Advanced English language skills including the ability to write in clear and concise Business English
