ManpowerGroup Machine Operator $17.50-$18.70/hr in Inwood, West Virginia

Entry Level Machine Operators - Starting Pay $17.50 (day shift) or $18.70 (night shift)

Manpower in Martinsburg is seeking Machine Operators to work in Inwood, WV!

This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity to earn up to $19.70 on day shift or $20.90 on night shift after one-year.

Performance-based pay raises are given at regular intervals.

Shifts:

2-2-3 Schedule

Day: 5:45am-6:00pm OR 6:00am-6:15PM

Nights: 6:15pm-6:30am OR 6:30pm-6:45am

A strong candidate for this position will:

-have good troubleshooting skills

-have basic knowledge of hand tools

-have warehouse/forklift knowledge

-have basic knowledge of using computer systems

-have above average communication skills

-be able to work in a fast-paced environment with heat above 90 degrees

-be able to sit, stand, bend, climb, crawl, and walk on a varying basis throughout day

-be able to carry and/or maneuver up to 50 lbs

-Experience in the plastics industry is a huge plus!!

Job duties will include:

-setting up and troubleshooting equipment and process

-performing material handling procedures as required

-performing and assisting with mold changes as required

-assist in machine start-ups and shut downs

-manage machine efficiency and ensure all equipment is operational

-complying with all company safety policies and maintaining good housekeeping
