ManpowerGroup Logistics Administrator: II (Intermediate) in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota

Our client, is seeking a Logistics Administrator to provide DOT, safety and compliance support.

Job Title: Logistics Administrator

Location: Sunfish Lake, MN

Hybrid schedule

Pay Range: $40-45/hr on W2

What’s the Job?

  • Responsible for assisting Operations and Compliance & Safety with ensuring that the company maintains compliance with DOT regulations.

  • Support day to day of DOT regulations within the transportation industry.

  • Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures relating to DOT regulations and dispatching.

  • Assure compliance with Federal and State safety compliance agencies such as DOT, FMCSA.

  • Diagnosing issues on PFM (People Net Fleet Manager or similar technology), looking for possible issues through the use of miles without hours, GPS reports, log reports, driver metrics and vehicle reports.

  • Auditing drivers logs routinely. Ensuring that miles without hours, DOT breaks, over hour issues are documented. And provide additional training when needed.

  • Maintain and audit onboard visual recording devices (truck cameras) to identify driver related issues or possible road hazards to improve safety and performance.

  • Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas of electronic logging devices and other related DOT programs.

What’s Needed?

  • Must have 5-7 years of direct working experience with DOT.

  • Extensive knowledge of DOT, safety and compliance regulations

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of time
