ManpowerGroup Lead Business Systems Analyst HCM in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota

Lead Business Systems Analyst who will bring a sustainable solutions mindset to help our business relentlessly execute in the ERP space, leveraging both functional and technical expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP S4 solutions. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be detail-oriented, able to work in a team environment and independently, and capable of solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Create functional specifications for development requirements.

  • Perform initial setup, prototype, configuration, and testing to support the design sessions and to fulfill the customer’s business requirements.

  • Design and document the required configurations for the S4 based solutions, including documenting test results, and support the solution.

  • Recommend best practices for configuring SuccessFactors and/or S4 integrations (point to point or BIB) considering the overall architecture to achieve integration, high performance, and stability.

  • Work closely with end users to recommend & design best practice replication and business partner solution(s) to support defined business processes and business requirements.

  • Actively participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions to enable end users and related value streams to understand employee replication and business partner creation.

  • Provide continuous feedback on project status and offer constructive options to ensure the project continues to meet original expectations.

  • Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery, as well as networking in professional organizations.

  • Provide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing.

  • Maintain Objects and tables in SPRO.

  • Run Reports out of S4.

  • Manage Business Partners, demonstrate and explain the newly delivered process for creation of S4 employee business partners.

  • Develop and coach on methodologies for creating and maintaining high-quality test data.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field (or equivalent years of experience, education and/or training)

  • 7+ years of experience in a consulting or Analyst role with experience in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM solutions.

  • 3+ Full Lifecycle Implementations experience in SAP/SuccessFactors solutions with S4 include:

  • Technical configuration experience in SAP ECC 6.0 HCM or S4 HCM systems, Hire, Term and change process and flows, and business understanding of HR employee life cycle.

  • Experience in maintaining relationships and org structure in OM infotypes.

  • Expert understanding of cross-functional areas in S4: Security, Roles, Business Partners, etc.

  • Experience with a global workforce configuration in SAP.

  • Experience with contractor configuration in SAP.

  • Experienced in creating business blueprints, functional specs, review of development requests, writing technical specs, ABAP coding, testing, and coordinating transport of changes for custom programs, enhancements, etc.

  • Experienced in creating and managing FocusBuild, CHarM with Sol Doc processes.

  • Solid skills in indirect procurement functionality like configuring Punch out Catalogs, approval workflow design and build, integrations with HR system to update hierarchy for approvals, standalone procurement process in cloud-based applications, WF troubleshooting, and understanding of BAPIs in SAP.

  • Sound knowledge of SAP HCM best practices and integrations with SuccessFactors.

  • Exposure or experience in SuccessFactors Administration and configuring the system, workflow, positions, integrations, and employee replication in S4 HCM.

  • Extensive participation in Integration Testing, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution. Familiar with PTP, FTM, and MDG functional modules.

Additional Qualifications

  • SAP certification in HCM or Employee replication functionality.
