ManpowerGroup Site Acquisition Mgr I in Indianapolis, Indiana
Our client, a leading Telecommunications Provider, is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager I to join their growing team. As a Site Acquisition Manager I, you will be part of the Site Acquisition department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Range: $39-43/hr
What’s the Job?
Manage all entitlement requirements for assigned telecommunications equipment deployments.
Lead and make decisions on all issues related to entitlement and pre-construction phases.
Provide support, forecasting, and quality control for project site development activities.
Contribute to the team's timely execution of real estate, design, zoning, permitting, and compliance tasks.
Assist senior Site Acquisition Managers (SAM II & SAM III) with various tasks and oversee Service Provider work.
Gain experience with complex tasks and sites to progress within the team.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering) preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in site acquisition or a related field.
Experience working with telecommunications deployments a plus.
Strong understanding of real estate acquisition, zoning, and permitting processes.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
