ManpowerGroup Site Acquisition Mgr I in Indianapolis, Indiana

Our client, a leading Telecommunications Provider, is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager I to join their growing team. As a Site Acquisition Manager I, you will be part of the Site Acquisition department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Job Title: Site Acquisition Mgr I

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $39-43/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Manage all entitlement requirements for assigned telecommunications equipment deployments.

  • Lead and make decisions on all issues related to entitlement and pre-construction phases.

  • Provide support, forecasting, and quality control for project site development activities.

  • Contribute to the team's timely execution of real estate, design, zoning, permitting, and compliance tasks.

  • Assist senior Site Acquisition Managers (SAM II & SAM III) with various tasks and oversee Service Provider work.

  • Gain experience with complex tasks and sites to progress within the team.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering) preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in site acquisition or a related field.

  • Experience working with telecommunications deployments a plus.

  • Strong understanding of real estate acquisition, zoning, and permitting processes.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
