ManpowerGroup Electrical Service Technician in Indianapolis, Indiana

Our client is seeking Electromechanical Technicians to join their new facility in Indianapolis!

Job Title: Electromechanical Technician

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000

What’s the Job?

  • Provide phone-based assistance for cutter installations, workflow integration, and troubleshooting.

  • Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain cutters, addressing both electrical and mechanical issues.

  • Ensure quality control and certification of loaner equipment upon its return.

  • Repair inoperable equipment through in-house Depot Maintenance services.

  • Perform calibrations for cutter components and conduct tests to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

What’s Needed?

  • Proficient in verbal and written communication; able to understand instructions and effectively communicate with others, including customers during in-person demos.

  • Skilled at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and creatively solving problems.

  • Holds an accredited high school diploma or GED, with 2-4 years of electrical/mechanical experience or technical school certification. Prior experience as a technician, technician apprentice, or relevant work experience is preferred but not required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a preference for knowledge in graphic programs like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Flexi Sign, and Onyx.

  • Ability to flex and adapt to change quickly.
