ManpowerGroup Construction Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana

Our client, a leading company in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Construction Manager I to join their team. As a Construction Manager I, you will be part of the Civil Works Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Manager I

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Pay: $40/h + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and control charges to the agreed site design.

  • Ensure that only customer-approved materials are installed and guidelines are followed.

  • Attend coordination and progress meetings.

  • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.

  • Coordinate with Service Providers to ensure technical specifications and workmanship quality are met.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of job-related experience with project builds of over 100 sites.

  • Strong knowledge in workers' safety and work environment safety.

  • Effective communication and team leadership skills.

  • Ability to supervise and monitor works with Service Providers.

  • Experience in preparing progress reports and providing accurate status updates to project management.
