ManpowerGroup Construction Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana
Our client, a leading company in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Construction Manager I to join their team. As a Construction Manager I, you will be part of the Civil Works Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Construction Manager I
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Pay: $40/h + Benefits
Key Responsibilities
Assess and control charges to the agreed site design.
Ensure that only customer-approved materials are installed and guidelines are followed.
Attend coordination and progress meetings.
Supervise on-site activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate with Service Providers to ensure technical specifications and workmanship quality are met.
Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of job-related experience with project builds of over 100 sites.
Strong knowledge in workers' safety and work environment safety.
Effective communication and team leadership skills.
Ability to supervise and monitor works with Service Providers.
Experience in preparing progress reports and providing accurate status updates to project management.
