Our client is seeking a potential candidate to join their team to develop custom forms and applications using Microsoft Forms and Power Apps to facilitate data collection and management. As a Digitization Specialist, you will engage with HR and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
Job Title: HR Digitization Consultant ( Power BI / Power Automate)
Location: 100% Remote
What’s the Job?
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy HR Digitization consultant to streamline and digitize our HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Forms, Power Apps, Power BI, etc. and Adobe Sign . This role requires no prior HR background but demands experience in stakeholder management and creating user-friendly interfaces
What’s Needed?
Proven experience in using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Power BI, and Adobe Sign.
Project management and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience in designing user-friendly interfaces and applications.
Strong communication skills and the ability to train and support non-technical users.
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
