The Maintenance/Make ready is responsible for Portable Buildings, coming back off of rental to be cleaned up to be rented out again. Painting,Changing light bulbs,Light Plumbing(changing faucets), light electrical. Basic Light building maintenenace. Apartment Make ready experience is perfect.
Payrate: $19-21/hr weekly pay
Bilingual
Shift: Day shift Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Full time hours
