Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking Overnight Packers to join their team. As an Overnight Packer , you will be part of the Production Department supporting the packaging team . The ideal candidate will have attention to detail , reliability , and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment , which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Overnight Packers
Location: Conover, NC
Pay Range: $15.50 per hour
What’s the Job?
Pack products efficiently according to company standards.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow safety protocols and procedures.
Meet production quotas as assigned.
What’s Needed?
Ability to work 3rd shift hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Previous packing or warehouse experience preferred.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
