ManpowerGroup Customer Service Manager in Henderson, Kentucky

Our client, in Henderson, KY is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be part of the Service Team supporting production and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong phone presence and exceptional leadership which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $31.00/HR

What’s the Job?

  • Customer Service:

  • Manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone or email.

  • Troubleshoot problem situations as they arise to promote quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Keep organization informed about customer complaints.

  • Quality:

  • Ensure all customer orders are entered into the companies IT system correctly.

  • Ensure all invoices are promptly created with no errors.

  • Order Tracking :

  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their orders.

  • Document Management :

  • Maintain a document management system for all customer sales orders.

  • Supervision :

  • Supervise subordinates (such as customer service reps).

  • Collaboration and Issue Resolution :

  • Collaborate with other managers (e.g., shipping, warehouse, scheduling, production, inventory) to optimize processes.

  • Resolve order-related issues promptly.

  • Reporting and Communication:

  • Publish daily orders report.

What’s Needed?

  • Five years of prior experience as a customer service manager.

  • Strong phone presence, and remarkable customer service skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Exemplary work ethic and takes pride in getting results.

  • Experience with a manufacturing business is preferred.

  • Ability to use software tools effectively for order tracking and management.

  • Well-organized and capable of managing paperwork efficiently.

  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various teams.

  • Ability to supervise and lead a team.

  • Quick resolution of order-related issues.
