ManpowerGroup Quality Inspector in Hayward, California
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Inspection team supporting Manufacturing and ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Hayward, CA
What’s the Job?
Ensure Quality Finished Goods Inspection and/or Quality Raw Materials Inspection support is readily available to Manufacturing without disrupting operations.
Conduct inspection and verification activities in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
Inspect and release raw materials, in-process materials, components, and finished goods.
Perform tagging and de-tagging of discrepant material, release packaged product into the warehouse, and maintain quality retains.
Monitor production lines and personnel, conducting final packaging inspections, and ensuring compliance with specifications and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
What’s Needed?
Thorough knowledge of applicable procedures, specifications, regulations, and standards.
Ability to effectively communicate across all departments and levels of management.
Experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device, bioscience, or other FDA-regulated environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, time/project management, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree with 1-2 years related experience, or High School diploma with 2-4 years related experience.
