What will you be doing?
Helping with documentation
Computer work
What do you bring?
Positive, can-do attitude
Computer Skills, Microsoft Tools (outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint, keyboard typing, etc.)
Any ERP software experience is a plus
Will be answering emails in a software called Service Request, answering phones, after training has been completed.
Some order entry
Provide customers with ship dates, track orders, expedite orders, investigate problems.
Fast paced environment
Will be moving around quite a bit as well
Work independently , self motivated
Ability to take directions
