ManpowerGroup Production Packaging Operator in Hammond, Wisconsin
Our client, a leading cheese manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Workers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Cheese Production
Location: Grantsburg, WI
Pay Range: $17.50/hr - $18.40/hr
What's the Job?
Packaging loafs of cheese on a rotational line
Performing the packaging operation of string cheeses, monitoring the machinery and ensuring quality of the product
Sets up and sanitizes all machines prior to daily operation and dismantles and cleans after daily operation
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and accurately records all production information
Learns the cheesemaking process which is highly automated. Most of the shift is monitoring the machines that make the cheese
What's Needed?
Ability to lift up to 70lbs
Steady standing, lifting, and stretching
Must be able to work as part of a team in a changing work environment
