Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Gurnee, Il
Pay Range: $16/hr.
What’s the Job?
•Greets members in a friendly, courteous and professional manner and direct to appropriate staff
•Answers incoming telephone calls, determines needs and directs the caller to the appropriate person or department
•Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
•Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information
•Welcomes visitors, determines nature of business, maintains Visitor Log and badges, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel; monitors visitor access
What’s Needed?
•Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent, obtain Notary Public Commission Certificate within six (6) months of hire and during required renewal periods
•Experience Required: One (1) year of office or administrative experience
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Ability to work as part of a team Experience Preferred: Two (2) years of office or administrative experience
