Job Title: Support Specialist
Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay Range: $22- $24/hr on W2
Job Description:
This position performs analytical, technical, and administrative work in efforts to support local end-users, remote end-users, and production lines.
This position is for experienced first level (Help Desk) candidates. Attention to detail is a requirement.
Service Now ticketing system experience is preferred.
