ManpowerGroup US_Requirement Engineer in Greensboro, North Carolina

Our client, in the Automotive industry, is seeking a Requirement Engineer to join their team. As a Requirement Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Services department supporting various engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Requirement Engineer

Location: Greensboro North Carolina 27401

Pay Range: $37 - $42

What’s the Job?

  • Support Requirement Owner in breakdown/allocation of maintainability requirements to solution areas.

  • Monitor verification and validation of concepts/solutions for maintainability.

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support product development and technical solution selection meeting maintainability requirements.

  • Conduct packaging and accessibility studies using computer-aided design (CAD - PTC CREO preferred).

  • Perform cost analysis to build product and technology business cases supporting concept selection optimized for maintainability.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in software, electrical & electronic, computer science, automotive, or mechanical engineering.

  • Experience in developing solutions for the transport industry, preferably Class 8 HD trucks.

  • Knowledge of vehicle software and hardware architecture.

  • Proficiency in programming language, preferably Python.

  • Familiarity with reliability principles, methodologies, and tools such as FMEA, RCM, fault tree analysis.
